All services are provided for the Chicago area only unless you plan to cover all travel expenses. The Convention prices only cover up to 2 states away from IL. If your convention is farther additional expenses will apply.

At your location: Tips for gas would be nice. Up to 4 hour drive from Chicago only please. If you want to put us up in a hotel and cover gas we would be more than happy to go farther.

$300 for first 2 hours (including setup) and $50 per hour extra.
Includes 1 wireless lavalier mic OR stereo camera mic and shotgun.
Minimal editing to MPEG or MOV file, secure digital download. Non-Playable DVD $25
Video Day Rate: (1 camera, Canon XH A1S 3 CCD 1080 HD Camera):
$500, $75 per hour after 8 hours.
Minimal editing to MPEG or MOV file, DVD through standard mail (priority delivery extra)
Weddings: (1 video camera, Canon XH A1S 3 CCD 1080 HD Camera, 1 photo camera Nikon D300)
$600 for the first 10 hours. $75 per hour after 10.
Editing on bride and groom photos, minimal editing on all others. HD video on DVD (non playable, to get full HD quality we do MPEG-2 files which you can watch on your computer.) If you want a playable DVD (dramatically lower quality) include DVD authoring listed below.
Photos and video delivered digitally. If you want printed photo books please contact us for pricing.
Video Editing (Final Cut Pro 6, Mac):
$50 per hour. Customer requirements document required for accurate quote.
Playable DVD authoring:
$50 for encoding and burning to 1 DVD. $15 per each extra DVD.
$150 for DVD menu creation, encoding and burning to 1 DVD. $15 per each extra DVD.
Event photography (1 camera, Nikon D300):
$150 for first 2 hours and $50 per hour extra.
Minimal photography retouching.
Online secure download of photos. CD $15, DVD $25
Special effects or extensive photoshop retouching $50 per hour. (Customer requirements document required for accurate quote)
Photobooth (1 camera, Nikon D300; 3 flashstrobes, 4 backgrounds):
$250 for first 2 hours and $50 per hour extra.
$400 day rate, $75 per hour after 10 hours.
Minimal photography retouching.
Online secure download of photos or Free DVD(s).
Anime / Sci Fi / Steampunk convention packages:
$500 3 day (friday - sunday) rate for photography and general video including masquerade / costume contest.
$700 3 day (friday - sunday) rate for photography, general video, guest interviews and rave or dance.
$1000 3 day (friday - sunday) rate for photography, general video, guest interviews, rave or dance and youtube music videos or commercials.
These packages include extensive video editing about a 1-2 week turn-around time and a secure download of all photos and video. DVD(s) on request.
If you are going to provide lodging and / or food for us we will reduce the price. Contact us to work it out.
$50 for full rights to any existing Enthusiasts youtube video. (we have to strip all music for copyright reasons).
